Example:
- Oklahoma Airport hotel sustained substantial
damage from a tornado; the initial insurance adjuster estimated $1.5 million in losses. I toured the hotel a week after the
adjuster and discovered structural damage in three additional buildings. Through negotiations with the adjuster, working directly
with the contractor and completing detailed analysis of the total damage, I assisted the owner's representative in recovering
$5.9 million in actual damages.
